Demo Bistro.
Neighbourhood bistro on Byres Road, open late
About
Demo Bistro is a neighbourhood place for proper dinners without the fuss: a short menu that changes with what's good that week, a wine list that doesn't make you squint, and a bar you can just turn up to.
We cook pasta fresh every morning and the lasagne has a following. Big tables for birthdays, small ones by the window for everything else.
